M.H.A was formally established in August 2014, the full name is Mobile Hardcore Alliance (M.H.A for short). The organization of M.H.A is composed of domestic first-line smartphone manufacturers: OPPO, vivo, Coolpad, Gionee, Lenovo, Huawei, and Meizu, and committed to mobile Internet value-added services. As the secretariat of the M.H.A, Wanka Huanju is responsible for the operation and management of the Alliance. In May 2016, Meizu joined the M.H.A as a new strategic partner.
Wanka Huanju acts as the M.H.A secretariat and the official media agency, the M.H.A deep operation service provider.
